Communion Service

Sunday 10.15 am (currently taking place roughly every 1-2 months, during the Gospel Service)

The meetings usually begin with a prayer, a hymn and a short reading from God’s word. After further prayer, bread is broken in memory of Christ’s broken body, and wine is poured out in memory of Christ’s shed blood. Believers eat the bread and drink the wine, remembering that Christ died for their sins and rejoicing that he is returning soon. The meeting is closed with a hymn and a final prayer.

Only those who have committed themselves by faith to Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, and who are seeking to live in obedience to him, are permitted to partake of the bread and the wine. However, those who want to learn more about what it means to be a Christian are welcome to come and observe.
